Hi, I’m dar jean-charles.
Darlande Jean-Charles is a Registered Nurse, educator, and entrepreneur dedicated to redefining wellness through personalized, mobile care. Her nursing journey began in 2013 as a Home Health Aide while pursuing her LPN. After becoming licensed, she specialized in Alzheimer’s and dementia care before earning her RN in 2018 and advancing to Director of Nursing, where she led Assisted Living and Memory Care teams of over 90 staff.
Eager to broaden her expertise, Darlande gained extensive hospital experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry and Emergency Room care, earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2024. That same year, she became a certified National IV Instructor, combining her passion for teaching with her clinical expertise.
As founder of Nurse U2 Wellness, Darlande delivers concierge wellness and IV hydration services that blend professionalism, compassion, and convenience — empowering clients to feel their best, wherever they are.
